The 1030 error may be caused by damage to the Windows system files.

  4. Select the most recent system recovery point from the “On this list, click a restore point” list, and then click Next.

Method 2 : Delete files from previous installations before reinstalling

Software that has not been completely removed from Add / Remove Programs can create problems when you try to deploy software. Use the Microsoft Windows Installer Cleanup utility to remove traces of previous installations.
