Method 1: Clear Cache and Data

  1. Go to Settings >> Go to Application Settings (on some devices, application settings are named applications).
  2. Go to, All apps >> Find the Google Play Store >> Clear data and cache
  3. Once you have cleared everything, you must then force the application to stop.
  4. Similarly, search for Google Play service >> Clear data and cache
  5. You will also find Google Services Framework >> Open Google Services Framework >> Clear cache and data.
  6. Now, restart your device and try downloading the app.

Method 2: Unmount SD card

  1. Go to Settings >> Storage >> Scroll down and select “Uninstall SD Card”.

Method 4: Change the Storage Setting
