iPad upgrade problem
IOS software versions are usually deployed via OTA (over-the-air). When Apple releases a new update for some devices, your carrier issues an update notification and some quick notes about new features, bug fixes, system requirements, and more. If you see this update notification on your device, you can update at any time. This is by far the fastest way to update mobile devices. Before updating, check and make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and that the Internet connection must be stable.
Before troubleshooting, check the status of the current memory of your iPad Pro. If necessary, free up space by removing all unwanted applications and files. If memory space is not a problem, check your Internet connection. To do this, you can open a browser application and then access different websites to see if they are all loading correctly. Or you can try using online applications and services and see if they all work too. If this is not the case, you must resolve the Internet problems yourself on your iPad. Otherwise, eliminate the software-related factors with these later methods.
Solution 1: Restart your iPad (soft reset).
Like an iPhone, the iPad Pro also succumbs to random issues that are also resolved by a warm reset or a reboot on the device. If you have not done so, follow these steps:
- Press the side / power button and one of the volume buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

Solution 2: Restart your wireless router/modem.
