- Go to the Lenovo website.
- Click Laptops.
- Select Serial to the one your PC belongs to. For example, if you are using Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e, select the 11th series. You can identify the correct series by checking the displayed full name.
- Select Sub-series.
- Click Show All.

Way 2: Update the Drivers via Device Manager
Follow these steps to install new audio drivers through the Device Manager.
1.Press Win + R (Windows key and R key) at the same time. A Run dialog box will appear. Then the Device Manager will open.
