Solution to solve Quickbooks Error C 343
Solution 1: QuickBooks Desktop must be up to date.
- Update your QuickBooks to the latest version.
- Open QuickBooks again.

Solution 2: Save the MSXML.DII files

- Open the Run window.
- Enter “Regsvr32 MSXML3.dll” in the execution bar.
- Click OK.
- After successfully registering, you may receive a message at the top stating “Succeed”.
- Now restart the QuickBooks.
- If this error still persists, transfer and install Microsoft Core XML Services from any QuickBooks Web site. To run a 64-bit computer, follow the steps below:
- Open the Run window
- Enter cmd.
- Click OK.
- Now open the C drive.
- Enter CD – Windows – syswow64 then click OK.
- Now enter Regsvr32 MSXML3.dll and press the Enter key.
- Then enter Regsvr32 MSXML4.dll and press the Enter key again.
- After saving the files quickly, restart QuickBooks.

Solution 3: Uninstall and configure the MSCML.dll files.
- Open the Microsoft Core XML File Transfer page
- Install these files.
