1.Download QuickBooks File Doctor-

  3. Select Check File Damage Only and then Diagnose File.

  5. Select Open file in the most recent version or Repair file in the existing version.
  6. Follow the remaining steps that appear on the screen.

2.Rename .ND and .TLG file-

  1. Open the folder having the company file.
  2. Select the corresponding .ND file of your company.
  3. Right click on the company file and select Rename.
  4. Rename .ND file to .ND.OLD.
  5. Similarly select .TLG file and Rename .TLG file.
  6. Rename .TLG file to .TLG.OLD.
  7. Now, Open your QuickBooks Company File.
