1.Download QuickBooks File Doctor-

  1. Download and run QuickBooks File Doctor.
  2. Browse the company file.
  3. Select Check File Damage Only and then Diagnose File.
  4. Enter your administrator password, and select OK.
  5. Select Open file in the most recent version or Repair file in the existing version.
  6. Follow the remaining steps that appear on the screen.
  7. Restart your computer.

2.Rename .ND and .TLG file-

  1. Open the folder having the company file.
  2. Select the corresponding .ND file of your company.
  3. Right click on the company file and select Rename.
  4. Rename .ND file to .ND.OLD.
  5. Similarly select .TLG file and Rename .TLG file.
  6. Rename .TLG file to .TLG.OLD.
  7. Now, Open your QuickBooks Company File.

3.Reinstall QuickBooks-

  1. Uninstall the running QuickBooks from the Control Panel.
  2. Have your product and license information available.
