Refund of services

For packages, a full refund will be issued if Western Techie’s technicians are unable to resolve even a single problem for you within the first 30 days of your subscription. If one or more issues are resolved within the first 30 days, the subscription service fee will not be refundable. However, after 30 days of purchase of Plan, no refund will be made by Western Techies. Notwithstanding this support, Western Techies Support may, in its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, accept the refund of subscription fees after deduction of the customer’s service charges. The refund amount must be credited directly to the credit card, the details of which are recorded with Western Techies Supports. At the specific request of the subscriber, Western technicians may process the refund on another account, subject to the presentation of documents / information requested by Western technicians for this purpose.

Cancellation of services

Western Techies uses a completely customer-centric methodology and we work for your happiness. To do this, we have a very simple cancellation policy. To initiate a cancellation request, you must send an email or phone call to your account manager. You will immediately receive confirmation from your account manager with the cancellation date. Yes, it’s as simple as it sounds. Our official cancellation policy is:

  • The customer is solely responsible for the deletion of his account.
  • All data stored with Western Techies will be archived immediately from all our servers, but will be stored with us for later use. We guarantee that your privacy will not be compromised in any way.
  • If the customer chooses to cancel his service for a month for which he has already paid, the cancellation will take effect immediately. Western Techies will not charge you after this period.

Western Techies, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and to refuse any current or future use of the service. This will be done if the customer is involved in abusive behavior, attempts to access any of our portals, servers or databases without permission. We may also suspend or terminate your account in any case of data theft or use of our service for a PC that we register with us, among other reasons. In any of the above cases, Western Techies will disable your account and access to your computer’s support services. Western Techies may also terminate your service and cancel your account if the customer uses illegal software.
