- Click the ‘Troubleshoot compatibility’ option.
- You must wait patiently for the system to detect the program.
- Select the option ‘Worked in an earlier version of Windows’.
- Choose “Windows 7 RTM or Windows Vista SP2 better”.
- Click the ‘Next’ option.
- Drag the cursor to the ‘Start’ button.
