Method 2 – uninstall Shockwave Flash
Sometimes Shockwave Flash generates this type of problem, so try to play a YouTube video after you have disabled it. Follow these instructions to uninstall Shockwave Flash:

Method 4 – Change DNS Server Addresses
Step 1: Access the Control Panel.
Step 2: Click the Network and Sharing Center.
Step 3: In the left pane, click Change Adapter Settings.
Step 4: Right-click the network connection item and choose Properties.
Step 5: Choose Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4) and click the Properties button.
Step 6: Now you must choose an option "Use the following DNS server addresses" and change the preferred DNS server to 188.8.131.52 and the secondary DNS server to 184.108.40.206.
Step 7: Finally, click the OK buttons to apply the changes.
Method 5 – Update Video/audio drivers
This problem may be caused by an outdated video / audio driver. It is therefore advisable to update the video / audio drivers as soon as possible. To do this, you can use an automatic solution, use the System Driver Updater tool. This tool will allow you to easily update the outdated driver.
